Data security and deletion
What happens to uploaded packs and how to ask for deletion.
Uploaded documents
TenderReader stores uploaded packs so your account can show the analysis and source-linked brief. Access is scoped to your account or Team membership.
To delete uploaded packs or ask about retention, contact support from the account email and name the pack. We will confirm what was deleted and what has to remain in operational logs.
Sensitive material
Do not upload documents you are not allowed to process in an external tool. If a pack contains personal data or confidential annexes, anonymize unnecessary details before upload where possible.
