What TenderReader does
TenderReader helps small businesses search public tender data, upload tender packs, and turn those materials into evidence-linked decision briefs.
TenderReader is decision support, not legal, procurement, financial, tax, or professional advice. You remain responsible for bid, no-bid, pricing, compliance, and submission decisions.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your email secure, and use the service for lawful tender discovery and analysis.
- Do not upload malware, illegal material, personal data you are not entitled to process, or documents that breach confidentiality duties.
- Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, security controls, rate limits, or another user's data boundary.
- Do not rely on generated summaries without checking the cited source documents and official tender portal.
Plans, billing, refunds
The Free plan is intended to remain useful. Paid Pro billing is implemented through Stripe but production Stripe keys are not configured yet, so no live payment should be taken until the billing readiness task is complete.
When live billing is enabled, paid plans are expected to renew monthly unless cancelled. Refunds should be handled case by case for duplicate charges, technical failures, or clear billing mistakes.
Availability and liability
TenderReader is provided on an as-available launch-stage basis. It may contain defects, missing data sources, extraction errors, or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenderReader is not liable for lost profit, lost contracts, missed deadlines, or indirect losses arising from use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, non-payment after billing is live, or material breach of these terms. You can stop using the service at any time.
