Billing, cancelling, and the founding offer
What paid plans unlock, how cancellation works, and what is still gated by live Stripe setup.
Billing status
Free starts without a card. Pro and Team are monthly subscriptions once Stripe checkout is configured. The founding offer is a time-limited price shown honestly on the pricing page, with remaining places counted in the product.
VAT ID collection and Stripe Tax readiness are prepared, but live checkout depends on production Stripe configuration. The account page shows a payment banner if a subscription becomes past due.
How to cancel
When customer portal access is configured, open billing from your account page to update a card or cancel. If the portal is not ready in the current environment, contact support and include the account email.
